Not having a coastline, we have delivered daily fresh catches of Brixham-landed seasonal fish.

Scottish Salmon & Sea Trout (Natural and Smoked) Is often from the Orkneys. Wild when permitted and farmed when out of season.

Smoked salmon and trout is also purchased from local curers and smokers.
